These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Holding Space Academy™ website, online programs, courses, educational resources, certification programs, workshops, digital materials, and related services. By accessing this website, enrolling in a program, purchasing a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Holding Space Academy™ provides educational and professional development experiences designed to support educators, facilitators, professionals, organizations, and community leaders in developing skills related to compassionate leadership, facilitation, communication, personal development, and supportive learning environments.

Important Educational Disclaimer

Holding Space Academy™ is an independent education and professional development provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Holding Space Academy™ and its programs are not represented as accredited by an institutional or programmatic accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, nor as approved or licensed by a state agency to confer academic degrees or state-issued professional licenses.

Certificates and credentials issued by Holding Space Academy™ recognize successful completion of the Academy’s own program requirements. They do not, by themselves, constitute a state professional license, academic degree, or guarantee eligibility for employment, licensure, promotion, salary advancement, or continuing-education credit from a third party.

Enrollment, Payment & Access

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in certain Holding Space Academy™ programs, courses, workshops, or certification experiences may require payment of applicable tuition or fees. Prices, payment options, and program availability are subject to change. The price and terms presented at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration and payment information. Access to paid programs or digital materials may be restricted until required payment has been successfully processed.

Program Access

Many Holding Space Academy™ programs are delivered through online or self-paced learning environments. Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate internet access and compatible technology needed to participate.

Program access is provided to the registered participant and may not be shared, transferred, resold, copied, or distributed without written permission from Holding Space Academy™.

Certification Requirements

Enrollment in a certification program does not automatically guarantee certification.

To receive a Holding Space Academy™ certificate or credential, participants must successfully complete the requirements established for their specific program. Requirements may include completion of required modules, activities, reflections, assessments, assignments, or other demonstrated competencies.

Holding Space Academy™ reserves the right to withhold or revoke an Academy-issued credential in cases involving falsified completion records, academic dishonesty, misuse of credentials, or material violations of program standards.

Professional Use of Credentials

Participants who successfully earn an Academy credential may accurately represent themselves as having completed the applicable Holding Space Academy™ program and may use the credential or digital badge according to Academy credential guidelines.

Participants may not represent an Academy-issued credential as a state-issued professional license, academic degree, governmental certification, or third-party accreditation when no such recognition has been granted.

Intellectual Property

All Holding Space Academy™ course materials, curriculum, graphics, worksheets, videos, resources, trademarks, and proprietary frameworks—including the H.O.L.D. Framework™—are provided for authorized educational use. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, republished, or used to create competing programs without written permission.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. Holding Space Academy™ may restrict or terminate access when there is harassment, misuse of Academy materials or credentials, academic dishonesty, unlawful activity, or serious violation of program or community standards.

Refunds & Cancellations

Purchases, enrollment fees, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the refund or cancellation terms communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase. Participants should review applicable program terms before completing payment.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Holding Space Academy™ provides educational and professional-development services. Educational content is not a substitute for individualized legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or other licensed professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holding Space Academy™ is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a participant’s independent application or misuse of Academy materials.

Changes to These Terms

Holding Space Academy™ may update these Terms of Use as programs, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
